Most of our training programmes are integrated with your institution’s performance and evaluation procedures. One on one instructional seminars, group discussion, personal development plans, recording training sessions and living and learning are all techniques used by us. This system allow participants to keep learning when they return to their normal work lives.
In order to create a real learning environment we use the most innovative and up to date techniques such as: High Performance, Team Spirit and Leadership.
Outdoor activities that speed up learning time and are subject appropriate: The participants observe and then share their observations with the rest of the team. They then compare their experiences of the activity and relate it to the workplace. In this way they will improve in their independent role and strengthen their knowledge of teamwork.
In order to teach the participants how to overcome and approach problems and difficulties there is due space provided for theory. These theories are explained to them before the activities so they can attempt to implement them during. At the end of activities, discussion on the implementation, success and ideas for improvement will take place within the team.
