Art Workshops

Use of Art Workshops in a business setting

Art Workshops: We use different forms of expression such as painting, music, sculpture-ceramic, dance-movement and poetry for the repair and protection of the cognitive, emotional, social and physical health of the individual.

The primary determinant of an individual’s performance is well-being.

Well-being includes a mental, emotional and physical integrity. Deterioration in one affects the others. This will not only increase personal well-being, but also strengthen the team dynamic.
