Stress Management

Who should attend: All employees.

It is aimed that the whole team should be informed about the concept of stress, which must be learned to live together in daily life, and that they learn practical techniques in order to prevent their performance from being negatively affected in a broad sense.

  • Detecting signs of negative stress, job stress, burnout.
  • To discuss the consequences of stress in terms of health, work, relationships.
  • Ways of coping with stress, finding the source of stress.
  • Discuss physical and mental techniques to control stress.
  • Developing a clear action plan to deal with stress.
  • Gain an overview of conflict sources, internal, interpersonal, meeting and organizational conflict.
  • To raise awareness about conflict response forms such as avoidance, adaptation, compromise, competitive, collaborative.
  • To enable the individuals who make up the team to create their profiles.
  • Encouraging individuals to use correct communication methods for coping with conflict.
  • Creating a win-win situation through individual control.
  • Creation of an action plan by the team.
